Do not be surprised to receive quick answers to inquiries submitted at 2:00am on Sunday, as we provide ongoing service to accounts in Europe, Africa, Asia and Australia. However, please keep in mind the official service hours.

Unfortunately in order to maintain below industry average pricing structure we do not provide phone-based technical and pre-sales support. Please use the help desk submission forms to get answers regarding our software and to submit service requests.

We are pretty well aware that some people dislike this concept, however please keep in mind that Rush Project is a small business and our prices do not include (that is you do not have to pay) a dedicated customer service operator(s) costs. Note that you receive answers directly from developers - the people having first hand knowledge of the software and customization options available. In our opinion, this approach allows us to provide you with more benefits for less money.
